Annual General Meeting

On June 23rd Pembroke Little Theatre's Annual General Meeting was held as a potluck barbecue at Caroline and Paul's.

The AGM is a chance for the membership of Pembroke Little Theatre to directly influence how things are done. Every member is allowed to vote and run for office. This year we elected a new executive (I record time&elsipse;) and said farewell to outgoing members Marjorie Alburger and Mike Dawe. Thanks to both of you for all your hard work.
Of note are the vacant positions on the Board. We are currently short: Membership Chair, Public Relations Officer, and Youth Rep.

The past year was summed up and the plans for the next year are firmed up. We've already started planning improvements to the Haunted House, starting looking for Youth Directors and begun plans for a festival of one-act plays in the Spring.

Executive Board meetings are generally held once a month, around the middle of the month, at Festival Hall.

Members of Pembroke Little Theatre are encouraged to be active in the administration and operation of our organization.  If you have a show you want to see produced, would like to direct the next show, or just have something you think the board should be aware of just let the President know and we'll try to work you into the next meeting's agenda.

General Membership

Membership costs $10 a year for adults, $5 for children and $20 for families.  It is mandatory for the cast and crew of every production to become a member for insurance reasons.

Members are entitled to vote at every Annual General Meeting held in June, where you can nominate, elect and run for positions on the PLT board of directors.

Pembroke Little Theatre Patrons

We've brought back our popular patrons campaign! Many of our regular patrons have expressed a desire to be able to support PLT without making it out to all of shows, so now we've given you the chance.
